FOR ORTHOPODs

At SOS Exercise Physiology, we collaborate with orthopaedic surgeons across Melbourne to deliver structured, evidence-based rehabilitation for surgical and non-surgical patients. Whether your patient is recovering from joint replacement, managing early-stage osteoarthritis, or returning to sport after injury, our approach combines clinical expertise with individualised care.

We aim to enhance recovery, reduce re-injury risk, and support long-term function — always keeping your surgical outcomes front of mind.

Our Focus Areas Include:

  • Post-operative rehab (ACL reconstruction, joint replacements, meniscectomy, etc.)

  • GLA:DĀ® Program for conservative hip and knee OA management

  • Strength and conditioning for return to sport

  • Running assessments and load management

  • Exercise prescription for joint rehab

  • Chronic pain education & movement re-training
