FAQs

Quick answers.

Have a different question? Get in touch, we're happy to help.

Yes, collaborative care is part of how we work, and ensures your interest and goals are at the forefont of our planning and decision making.

Referral is not required for private consultation. Medicare, DVA, WorkSafe and TAC pathways will require a referral from your specialist, GP or plan manager.

Unfortunately this comes with a boring answer, it is very case dependent! There are many contributing factors influencing recovery speed, including the impacted structure location, diagnosis, co-existing conditions and physical capacity to name a few. We will discuss your anticipated timeline upon assessment. Most clients notice meaningful change within 4-8 weeks of consistent training, depending on the condition.
