Overview
What this service is, and isn't.
Surgery is simply the first step, the outcome and success of the procedure is almost entirely dependent on the rehab that follows! Mobility, strength and competence in movement don’t return on their own; they must be progressively re-built via targeted exercise!
We support children and adults through major surgical procedures, including joint replacements, reconstructions, fracture fixations, spinal procedures, tendon and ligament repairs and arthroscopic procedures. Every rehab plan is tailored to the individual, built around your surgeon's protocol and timeline, with regular assessment to guide progression.
We communicate directly with your surgeon and other trusted specialists, keeping the whole team aligned throughout.

Step 1 of 3
Protocol-aligned plan
Protocol-aligned plan
We build your program around your surgeon's protocol and timelines, so every exercise is appropriate for the stage you're at. You always know what's safe to do — and what to hold off on — between reviews.
Stage-based progression
We move you deliberately from early-stage range and activation through to late-stage strength, power and return-to-activity, with objective testing at each step so progression is earned, not rushed.
Long-term resilience
We finish the job — not just past the pain, but back to strong, capable, confident movement — and, where it matters, test your readiness to return to sport or heavier work.
